How has the Ofsted Framework Changed? How will these changes impact on your Self Evaluation Process and how will your school report on progress?
The self-evaluation process under the new framework is more important than ever. Although the SEF itself has never been compulsory, it has been very widely used. Now is an important opportunity to develop a streamlined process and written report which truly reflects an accurate picture of your school and supports you in improving provision.
Suitable for:
Head Teachers and Leadership Teams, Heads of Sixth, Curriculum Leaders, Heads of Faculty, Heads of Department.

To ensure that your evidence of improvement is evaluative and accurately recorded and in line with the new Ofsted demands and that your Development Plan reflects a revised self-evaluation process.
Delivery method:
We work closely with you and your staff to develop new/improve current school documentation. We will deliver in a way that suits your needs, this can range from a simple evaluation of your current processes and paperwork with recommendations for change, to work with individuals and teams to develop revised processes and paperwork.

- You will have a clear understanding of how to reflect the new Ofsted demands in school documentation
- You will have developed a ‘scaffold’ to reflect and record accurately your self- evaluation process and school improvement mechanisms
- You will be able to update you Development Plan to reflect your new self-evaluation process
