Preparation for Inspection
We offer a one-day quality assurance scoping visit.
This can be followed by bespoke support tailored to each organisation’s specific needs including how to carry out effective and accurate Self-Assessment .
Quality Assurance scoping visit 1 day
We will carry out an initial review of existing quality assurance systems and procedures used for:
- Organisational Self-Assessment including identifying strengths and areas for improvement
- Observing teaching and learning
- Implementing feedback from learners
Suitable for:
Work-based learning providers, third sector providers, School Sixth Forms, private training providers, alternative education providers.
Outcomes:
By the end of the scoping visit organisations will have a clear understanding of
- Existing strengths and areas for improvement
- An understanding of the new Inspection framework
Organisations will receive a comprehensive report on the findings of the visit within 10 working days.

The scoping visit can be followed up with support packages tailored to each organisation’s identified development needs – larger organisations may benefit from a fuller scoping visit.
